We are a private company incorporated in Jersey, Channel Islands (company number 150352), and act as a data controller in respect of the personal data described below.

We process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 and the Data Protection Authority (Jersey) Law 2018. Where we offer services to, or monitor individuals in, the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we also have regard to the UK GDPR and EU GDPR as applicable. The Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (JOIC) is our supervisory authority.

- Enquiry and booking data — information you provide when you book a call, complete a contact form, or request a proposal.
- Lead form data — information you submit through lead generation forms on advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including your name, email address, telephone number and any answers you provide to form questions.
- Client and project data — brand assets, advertising account access, campaign briefs, and correspondence shared with us to deliver services.
- Payment and billing data — billing name, address and invoice records (card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).

Website contact-form submissions (your name, email address, company and message) are processed by Web3Forms, our form delivery provider, solely to deliver your message to us by email.
Where you submit your details through a lead form on Meta platforms (Facebook or Instagram), that information is collected via Meta's systems and delivered to us. Meta also processes this information in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
6. International transfers
Some providers are located outside Jersey, the UK or the EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure your data remains protected.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and lead form data for up to 24 months after last contact, client and financial records for at least 6 years to meet legal and tax obligations, and Website analytics for the retention periods set out in our Cookie Policy. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

Subject to the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018, you have the right to access your data; to rectify inaccurate data; to erasure; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent.
